I hereby consent to the collection, storage, and processing by B-MEG E-Store and AgriFarm (the “App”), the App’s developer, beneficial owner, distributors, as well as any third party they may authorize, including their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives and personnel, of any information, including personal and sensitive personal information, which I disclosed in order to create a new customer profile in the App. I further give the same persons consent to the lawful use and disclosure of said information for lawful and reasonable business purposes, in connection with my availment of services under the said App. Finally, I recognize my right to information, access, correction, rectification, and erasure of my personal information under the Data Privacy laws of the Philippines.
